Our Team
President
Shihui Shen, PhD from the University of Illinois in Civil Engineering, specializing in highway materials characterization and pavement condition evaluation. She is a PA registered Professional Engineer in Geotechnics and also a NHI certified bridge inspection team leader. Dr. Shen has more than 20 years of experience in transportation infrastructure performance evaluation.
Chief Executive Officer
Hai Huang, PhD from the University of Illinois specializing in railroad civil engineering. He is a registered Professional Geotechnical Engineer in the state of Ohio. He has extensive experience in transportation infrastructure health monitoring and advanced sensor developing and deployment.
Vice President Engineering
Shaoyun Sun, PhD from the University of Illinois in structural engineering. He is a registered Professional Structural Engineer in many states (IL, CA, OH). He has taken numerous leading roles in large-span highway/railway bridge designs and load rating.
